    We work in your repo and accounts: data model, auth, secrets moved to the server, IAP, native screens where needed, a real TestFlight pipeline.

  4. Handover

    Notes on what changed and why, plus rules files for your AI tools so the next session doesn’t undo the fixes.

Can I keep using Lovable, Bolt or Cursor afterwards?
Yes. We leave the code in a shape your tools can keep working on, with rules files so the AI keeps to the new structure.
Do you rewrite everything?
Rarely. We keep what works and rebuild what doesn’t, which is usually auth, the data layer and the screens App Review judges.
How is it priced?
