AC Blacksite

A collectible layer on top of real product — scan what you bought, keep the proof, chase the drop.

AC Blacksite

The problem

A cannabis brand's limited runs and pop-ups lived and died in Instagram stories. Buyers showed up, bought, and nothing accumulated — no reason to come back, no record of what they had, no way to reach them again that did not depend on an algorithm.

What we shipped

  • Native SwiftUI app shipped to the App Store
  • Scan a real package to claim its card — the collection is anchored to product that actually exists
  • Proof Binder with set completion, batch records and stamps
  • Card inspection that puts the batch proof — potency, terpenes, test dates — on the back of the card
  • Drops calendar for pop-ups, expos and limited runs, with window states and archived past drops
  • Tiered pack-reveal engine with haptics, built on a shared reveal package
